PLAN

In a first part, I present the company where I made my internship. In a second part I speak to you my particular situation and in a third party I speak to you my personal feeling.

PRESENTATION DE L’ENTREPRISE

I did my internship a second year in society Cloro'fil Concept from January to March. This company is located a Bully near Lyon. The boss whose name is Mrs. L'HUILLIER employs five employees. The company distributes of textile products for private and public hospital laundries.

The employees were very nice. They explained everything to me. I was to youngest. My tutor whose name is Lucie was assistant commercial.

I worked on Word and Excel. I used the Cegid software for quotes, the orders and invoices. My tutor taught me how writes different administrative letters. I also made customer reminders.

SITUATION PARTICULIERE

Now, I went through a particular situation.

When invoices were finished, I had to send to customers. I mixed up two invoices. The two customers were dissatisfied with my careless mistake and called the boss. The boss me called in his office. He was not happy. I was under stress. He told it was not so serious but i had to be very careful in the future.

CONCLUSION

This experience will enable me to improve my skills and allowed me to practice what I learned during. This experience gave me the confidence. Later, I intend to work in this field because I really enjoyed his.
