The article from The Wall street Journal is dealing with compagnies' strategies to improve efficiency. In order to reach a high performance, stretch goals have been implemented in companies. One good example is Toyota which is able to outperform its competitors. It gives to employees means to work smarter. Organization is at the core of the strategy. They have to be organized and constently reinvent the compagny to keep an advantage.
