Ce dossier comporte un article de presse issu du Daily Telegraph, écrit le 14 janvier 2012 par Matt Warman ainsi qu'un graphique créer le 15 janvier 2011 par Thoroughgood Survey.

 L'article porte sur des modèles d'ordinateurs portables présenter lors d'un salon à Las Vegas & le graphique nous montre les ventes aux USA de tablettes, ordinateurs portable, pc & netbooks de 2008 à 2010 ainsi que les prévisions à venir jusqu'en 2015.

En effet Intel offre une aide financière de 300 millions de dollars ce qui a permis de présenter des ordinateurs portables plus fin, plus léger, plus élégant, plus rapide & comportant de nombreuses fonctions.

 Les clients voudraient donc plus de simplicité au niveau de l'utilisation plutôt que des caractères techniques comme le souligne le directeur d'Intel, Mooly Eden.

 Ces nouveaux modèles sont à présent en concurrence avec les tablettes au niveau du design, mais que l'absence de clavier sur les tablettes se révèlent être compliquer en ce qui concerne la saisie de texte à l'inverse de l'ordinateur portable. 

Le graphique nous confirme également l'évolution des ordinateurs portables proposé par Intel.

 En effet on remarque que la vente de PC a clairement baissé, on passe de 45% à 18%. Néanmoins, la vente d'ordinateur portable & de netbooks semble rester constante malgré donc la forte arriver des tablettes.

Subject : Urgent : Incident Report

Hello Robert !

How are you ?

Indeed i could note a big concern, i thus come make you a incident report.

I recently received , following the reservation of ticket online, very many complaints from our customers, much meets a problem when they try to reserve a flight without luggage on the website of gohigh !

Following their request as well as the analysis of this problem, i noted that there isn't the option "Flight without luggage" so the customer sees himself in the obligation to pay £15 additional for luggage which they don't.

It will be necessary to resolve this problem soon as possible, but i observed, that this incident happen only to the people who reserve their flight via netbook, digital tablet or smatphone…

How can we book a flight without luggage from these supports ?

In view of all this , i think its certainly due to the browser, because this incident doesn't happen when you reserve the ticket via the computer , let me know what you think !

So I would like the software settings to be changed by Friday at the latest for it to be accessed in the same way from all support.

Of course, this big problem causes us many complaints and especially the loss of money for our customers , which generates to the company too a loss of money and loyalty, so I ask you to kindly make a commercial gesture and participate in customer reimbursement who had to pay for the luggage they did not have.
