Call to Order

A team meeting was held on dec 17th in our offices. It began at 2:30 and was presided over by [chairman’s name], with Morgan as secretary.

Team projects’ Reports

Blog project was presented by Morgan.

Project Plan was presented by Charles

Training program was presented by the chair

OD operating plan is finalised, to be used for individual tasks planning (update by the chair)

OD website was presented by Aymee, will be live next month. Team members to review it and send feedback to Aymee.

Workshop numbers (Morgan): “Actual introduction” low booking so far, needs to be reviewed et next team meeting, , Project managament is overbooked, needs another session

Other topics: (Charles) Need creative ideas for Charity events next year. To be discussed during next team meeting.

Announcements

A strategic update will be given by chair at a larger audience meeting in 2 weeks

Actions to be taken:

Team members to review OD website and send feedback to Aymee.

Actual introduction training attendance to be assessed at next team meeting

plan another “Project Management” workshop beginning of next month (trainer Aymee)

Discuss creative ideas for charity events during next team meeting

Next meeting will be held next week.

This meeting is characteristic of a linear time meeting.

There is a fixed agenda, the person chairing the meeting goes through the agenda step by step allowing the team members (Morgan, Charles, Aymee) to give updates on their projects.

The chair does postpone topics that are off agenda or would take too long: e.g. the charity events brainstorming asked for by Charles.

The meeting starts on time, the chair decides no to wait for Charles who is a few seconds away and closes on time, by postponing a topic that would be too long.
