Compte rendu d’expérience professionnelle

I have been on a sandwish course in insurance on Gaston Berger for nearly 2 years and I have worked in the Head Quarter of AG2R LA MONDIALE, located in Mons-en-baroeul, near Lille.

This course is during 2 years so, untill 30th august 2017.

AG2R LA MONDIALE was born of the merger of AG2R and LA MONDIALE in 2008.

This compagnie is a provident society.

I have worked in LA MONDIALE in the Direction Gestion Clientèle Patrimoniale as an administrator.

I’m the first student in my departement, my CEO called me in the last minute in order to do an interview.

I knew I have hired 2 weeks before the beginnig of the courses.

In DGCP we deal with life insurance. This departement is divided in 9 groups.

3 groups are based in Paris, and the other six are in Mons.

I have hired in the order to worked inside the group 4 which is dedicated to VIP partners as UBS, Rothschild, Crédit Suisse...

This group is compose by 8 administrators, including me and a technical referent.

My job consist to manage insurance life agreement (subscription, payment, arbitration, withdrawal…) and communicate with partners.

In addition to my tasks,  my tutor has given me differents projetcts.

The first was to create a table summerising informations about partners and their sales offers.

Then, I have to welcome peoples working for another departement and explain what we do.

Now my new project is to train my colleagues about taxation.

So I can say I was treated as a real administrator not as a student, moreover we have a very good felling in my departement, everyone likes each other.

Even our chiefs are very nice, they call us by our first name and have lot of laugth together.

To conclued, my sandwish course have been really benefit, I learn a lot during formations in gaston berger and I have discovered a profession complicated and very interesting.
