I) Take your Bearings.

As I already told you in class, you will sit your first baccalaureate English test in January next year. Hence, you must build up on what you've been taught this year and make sure you keep in touch with the world in English throughout the summer. You will find some useful guidelines below for so doing. Last but not least, keep this saying in mind: «No pain, no gain!».

II) Hoist Sails.

A) How to strengthen your oral comprehension skills AND keep track of what is happening in the English-speaking world.

I highly recommend you to watch /listen to the news on a regular basis.

Take a pick from the recommended websites below, choose a topic of interest to you and practise taking notes while respecting the exam format i.e three listenings separated by a one minute pause. Once your mind map is ready, you've got 10 minutes to summarize the topic in French in a structured way, from A2 to B1 and finally B2.
