A guest goes to a restaurant :

The waiter : Hello, can I take your coat ?

The guest : Yes, thank you!

W : Have you booked a table ?

G : Yes, I called Monday, the book is in the name of Smith.

W : Oh yes, I remember, I give you the table number 4. Would you follow me, please ?

G : Of course. Oh, very nice place! Can I have the menu please ?

W : One moment please !

G : Thank you very much. So what am I going to order, mmuh, salad or meat? The choice is complicated!

W : Have you made your choice ?

G : Not yet, I hesitate … What’s today’s menu ?

W : We have, a French-like meat, they call it “tartare” with an egg and potatoes, and if a chicken with a mushroom sauce and green beans.

G : Ok, why not, I’ll have a tartare!

W : What would you like to drink ?

G : I would like red wine, please.

W : Ok, I have taken the order.

( Five minutes later )

W : Excuse me, but your face reminds me of someone!

G : Yes ! Your face too!

G : No problem !

( The waiter come back with the main courses )

W : Here is your tartare with an egg and potatoes!

G : Thank you! I’m very hungry!

W : Enjoy your lunch!

( later… )

W : Was It good ?

G : Yes, the meat was excellent !

W : Fine, do you need something else ?

G : A coffee, please !

W : Ok, I’ll be right back.

( The waiter come back with the coffee)

G : Thank you! And please, can I have the bill ?

W : I’ll bring it !

( He come back with the bill )

G : Thank you, the rest is for you .

W : Thanks for the tip.

They leave the table.
