I) Introduction: "Why making employees happy off country" is an article written by Richard Branson, author and founder of Virgin Group. It was published on April 7, 2014.
1) At first, we will see that employee productivity is closely linked to their happiness and satisfaction.
2) Secondly, we will notice that benefits in kind are no longer enough to make employees happy.
3/4) Third, we will list the ingredients to contribute to the well-being of employees.
5) After, we will talk about the Virgin company experience that applied flexibility to work.
6) Next, we will see that encouraging employees to do their best by being creative and productive is beneficial for the company.
7) Therefore, we will show and explain the satisfaction of everyone's efforts and the achievements that will lead the company to success.
8) Finally, we will take Richard Branson's point of view
 

II) Development:
Paragraph 1:
 According to a study, the productivity of employees is closely linked to their happiness and their satisfaction with working conditions. Companies like Google have become aware of it. For example, their employees can benefit from flexible working conditions and the ability to work according to their needs: they can telework or request flexible hours.

Paragraph 2: Traditional benefits in kind are no longer enough to make employees happy. Google offers its employees many benefits:
- Google employees receive free meals, gourmet food and snacks at the office on Fridays;
- Workers can travel to the site (Sillicon Valley, California) with free shuttles;
- Employees can enjoy free fitness room, music lessons and massages.
- A rest room is available for workers who need to rest or take a nap.
- Google offers staff outings: winter excursions and picnics in summer. They can also come to work with their dogs.

Paragraphs 3 and 4: The ingredients to contribute to the well-being of the employees are the adapted working environment (give concrete examples in the text), tasks and interesting and stimulating work assignments (1 or 2 examples of the text) . In addition, the company offers them the opportunity to preserve their health and encourages them to stay in shape, with the establishment of a gym. Flexibility is also recognized to contribute to the happiness of employees (illustrate with concrete examples in the text and with my own knowledge).

Paragraph 5: Virgin has become aware of the needs and desires of employees and has been experimenting with flexibility at work. She said it was not an easy task to implement, but it was not a big sacrifice to do either, because that's exactly what employees wanted. What was needed was to encourage employees to get used to the change in the company's culture. And what is essential is to develop a relationship based on respect and trust between employees and employer.

Paragraph 6: It is therefore important to encourage employees to do their best by being creative and productive. A policy makes it possible to value and reward workers' efforts by giving them the necessary tools to distinguish the company from the rest of the market. The example of Google that gives its employees the chance to work with high-tech computing equipment, which leads them to always be connected.
