Nespresso is the brand name of Nestlé Nespresso S.A. An operating unit of the Nestlé group based in Lausanne (Switzerland).

The coffee market is a strategic and attractive market because most of the people in the world drink coffee everyday, so it's a potential for Nespresso to make money in this market.

Stability :

The brand Nespresso on the coffee market since 1970

Leadership :

The coffee market is a competitive market, many brand are on this market like tassimo, senseo, krups and many others.

The prices of the different brand are roughly the same but Nespresso stands out of the other brand because Nespresso choose to have is own distribution channel and put stores in many countries

Moreover Nespresso try to build a relationships with his customers. They also choose to put all his stores on a famous areas and try to give a luxury image of Nespresso.

Nespresso also manufactures it's machines that only Nespresso coffee capsules can be used.

Profit Trend :

Nespresso promote and sustain innovation of his brand there always creative on the product that he made.

They are conscious of consumer tastes like the fact that they desired to create a machine for tea for the english population

Support :

The brand is very famous because Nespresso use the image of famous people like George Clooney who reflecting an image of elegance and charm.

Thanks to that everybody know the Nespresso brand it's slogan which has become a universal phrase «  What else ? »

George Clooney is the emblematic fgure of this brand. However other famous people have lent their image to the brand.

Nespresso tries to touch all countries by bringing iconic figures, in its advertising as in France, they will bring Jean Dujardin which is a French actor this allowed to seduce the french public, which is none other than their principal goal.

Nespresso choose mostly of the time a men for his advertising because the customers of Nespresso are often the women.

Nespresso is an international brand, it is present in 60 countries like Italy, England, France.
