Movie review of Harry Potter

Would you like to see a world full of magic? Come and watch the movie of Harry Potter written by the British author J.K. Rowling. Enter in a fantastic story and meet a lot of supernatural creatures like goblins, trolls, wizards and a three-heads dog. It’s a movie to watch with the all family, not difficult to understand and to see like an entertainment. It’s a real fantasy movie. The story speaks about a little boy called Harry Potter. He’s orphan because Voldemort, a wicked wizard, killed his parents when he was a baby. At the age of eleven, he realizes that he is a wizard and that he is admitted in Hogwarts School where we study magic. Sadly, he faces his worst enemy. will he be able to save his school with the help of his friends, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger?

The main characters are children so they have less experience in cinema than the older actors. However they play very good in predicaments, anyway Daniel Radcliffe, playing the role of Harry Potter, won the award of the male youth discovery of the year with the film Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s stone. The professors are good in their roles and they do their best in order to bring their own personal touch in the movie.

We liked the atmosphere of fantasy, it’s making us dreaming and forgetting our daily problems. There is also a tip of humour, what makes you carefully. You put yourself in the shoes of the main character because he is a teenager like us.

We were disappointed about some special effects because the quality of some scenes were coarse.

Through Harry, we learned that being brave and courageous is always reward. However trough Hermione, we see that being always in our books, being asocial and having good marks is less important than friendship. There isn’t a real morality so everyone can imagine his own moral.

We think that this movie is more appropriated to families or children. Some people won’t like this film because it’s pure fantasy so you have to like this. According to people who has already seen the film, the lack of other film’s styles could make the movie a bit annoying.

Is the film good or bad? we think that the film is innovative because he stand out from the others movies thanks to his original theme. And there are also some very gripping scenes. So we find the film very refreshing and takes us away to our childhood.

We assign the score of : **** out of 5*.
