Russia opened a new investigation into the incident in 2019, and its

conclusions were presented in July 2020 in court. The conclusion is that an

avalanche had killed the nine hikers but we don’t really believe in this. We

have our own theories that could explain what could’ve happened.

Our first theory is that the 9 hikers were in the wrong place at the wrong time

and met aliens in the mountains. The aliens weren’t the friendly kind and they

shot them with weapons from another planet. We guess that they didn’t want

to be discovered so they brutally murdered them. That’s why all the deaths

didn’t make sense because they were done by technology we don’t have or

comprehend.

We also think that the hikers could have summoned a demon for fun and it

ended terribly wrong for them. The demon could have played with them a little

bit before killing them. That explain why the body were found so far from the

tent and why they were is such condition.

There are also some obvious theories like drugs but the autopsy proved that

was not the case.

Near where the incident happened, there is a Russian military base. So, some

people think it might have been an intervention by the KGB because the

hikers saw something they shouldn’t have seen.

Our last theory is the Russian yeti. We think that one of the hikers was the yeti

and in the night it metamorphosed. The others saw it and tried to escape. In

panic they ripped the tent from the inside and ran for their lives. This theory

could explain why they made the irrational decision to set their tent in the

slope instead of the little forest nearby. Indeed, the nine hikers were very

experimented so it doesn’t make sense that they choose to rest there which is

a very unsafe place to sleep on. Unless, the yeti (still in his human form of

course) could’ve convince them to do so. One of the specialties of this

Russian yeti –other the fact that it can switch between human and monster

form- is that it has human foot so that’s why in the ground there were only

footprints of humans.

In the end, we will never truly know what really happened that night. We can

only hope it won’t happen again.
