 Salwa: Hello, are you Feyla Mekboul?

Feyla: Hello, Yes it’s me

Salwa: Settle down, I’m Salwa EL MORASLI the human resource. You wished to realize an Alternance at our car dealership VODIFF, I let you introduce yourself then.

Feyla: yes I am Feyla MEKBOUL, I am 20 years old. I am currently going on my third year TC GOAL in the BUSINESS INTERNATIONAL course. Afterwards I want to follow my studies. I always wanted to have experience in a car dealership.

Salwa: Perfect, why VODIFF, why our car dealership?

Feyla: my father has a small collection of cars at home and he passed on his passion for this world to me! You are the company I am targeting because I know your history, your evolution and your premises.

Salwa: So you’re an expert on the subject, but can you tell me in a few words about your training and your experiences

Feyla: of course, I have a solid foundation and performance for the professional world, I tested the sale in Zara and Etam and the catering in two different places like mcdo and allo kebab

Salwa: If you are parents should describe you in 3 quality and 3 defect, what will be?

Feyla: 3 qualities would say: curious, persevering, optimistic and 3 defects: ambitious, susceptible, distrustful (I prefer to make my own opinion, rather than follow ready-made ideas)

Salwa: Okay, thank you, you have the permit, of course?

Feyla: no I am currently spending my driving hours? Within a month I hope to have it

Salwa: That’s okay. There’s no rush at the moment. Do you have any questions about the company or the position you’re going to hold?

Feyla: Yes, I wanted to know a little more about the team I will be working with?

Salwa: You don’t have to worry about that. We have a warm and supportive team that will welcome you and train you on the job.

Feyla: Perfect I can see clearer.

Salwa: Bonjour, Vous êtes Feyla MEKBOUL ?

Feyla: Bonjour, Oui c’est bien moi Salwa: Installez-vous, je me présente je suis Salwa EL MORASLI la ressource humaine. T’as souhaité réaliser une Alternance chez notre concession de voiture VODIFF, je vous laisse vous présentez alors.

Feyla: oui je suis Feyla MEKBOUL, j’ai 20ans. Actuellement je vais sur ma troisième année BUT TC dans le parcours BUSINESS INTERNATIONAL. Par la suite je souhaite poursuivre mes études. J’ai toujours voulu avoir expérience dans une concession de voiture.

Salwa: parfait, pourquoi VODIFF, pourquoi notre concession de voiture?

Feyla: mon père a une petite collection de voiture à la maison et il m’a transmis sa passion pour ce monde-là ! Vous êtes l’entreprise que je cible car j’en connais votre histoire,  votre évolution et vos locaux.

Salwa: Donc t’es une expert dans la matière, mais est-ce que tu peux me parler en quelque mots de votre formation et de tes expériences

Feyla: bien sur, j’ai une base solide et performance pour le monde professionnel, j’ai tester la vente à Zara et Etam et la restauration dans deux lieu différent comme macdo et allo kebab

Salwa: si t’es parents devraient te décrire en 3 qualité et 3 défaut, Les quels serai? Sans mentir ?

Feyla: 3 qualités dirais: curieuse, persévérante, optimiste et 3 défauts: ambitieuse, susceptible, méfiante ( je préfère faire mon propre opinion, plutôt que suivre des idées toutes faites)
