Australia is a large country of 7,692 million km2 which comprises 7 regions: western australia, northern territory, queensland, south australia, new south wales, victoria, and tasmania. In this very tourist country of 24 481 527 inhabitant, only 3% Are aborigines.In this report we will discuss the stakes of tourism in australia and the place of the aborigines in this tourism.The aborigines who populated australia were colonized by the British from the 17 century and since then have been marginalized. Since the rise of tourism in Australia, the aborigines have experienced a nuanced integration. Aboriginal folklore enriches tourism in Australia. It is in this way that the aborigines found a place in Australia because without the tourism of the aboriginal cultural places would not have received such recognition. For example, tourists visit aboriginal families and their culture. Their culture goes through art, song and aboriginal rituals. But we must qualify because tourism is also a source of conflict between the aborigines and the white Australians. For example, Uluru, also known as Ayers Rock, is a sandstone inselberg located in the Northern Territory, in central Australia. It rises to 348 meters above the plain. It is a sacred place for the aboriginal peoples Pitjantjatjara and Yankunytjatjara, at the base of which they sometimes practice rituals and make cave paintings of great cultural importance. This combined with its geological and hydrological peculiarities and the remarkable colors it can take, especially at sunset, has made it one of the emblems of Australia since its discovery by the Westerners in 1873.

It is listed on UNESCO's World Heritage List through the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, of which it is, along with Kata Tjuta (also known as the Olga Mountains), one of the emblematic formations. This park protects fragile species, adapted to the arid climate of the outback, and which constitute an important resource for the Anangu. It became a landmark tourist attraction from the 1940s. This status has provoked various reactions of the aborigines, especially when some of the 400,000 tourists who parade each year venture to climb the rock.In addition, Australian tourism has boosted the Australian economy as it has created several jobs and even new jobs
