Proman was created in 1990 by Mister GOMEZ Roland, the company is located in Béziers, in the South of France. This company  is specialized in activites of temporary work agencies. They accompany the temporary workers in their job search and the partner companies in their human resources management. It’s a group 100% independant and familial, Proman holds its strength from a responsive operational structure and short decision circuits. They make available comprehensive services to work from specialized subsidiaries :

The customer, supplier and competitors

The customer

The customer of Proman is essentially a companies looking for temporary work sites, there are more than 1200 customers for example there are :

• Bricoman,
• Abello batiment S.A.S,
•  Eiffage energie,
•  Languedoc isolation

The customers are located around Béziers.

The supplier

The supplier of Proman providers are mainly office providers and personal protective equipment

For the company, the only of administrative supply is ; Lyreco

And the  supplier of personal protective equipment is ; Haleco

The competitors

The competitors of Proman are the other acting agencies as ; Manpower, 1001 Intérim Air, Intérim d’Oc, Agencemploi, Jubil intérim, Synergie and other competitors

My task in this company

During my placement I was in charge of various task :

• Welcoming the interim
• Make reminders to update interim files
• Answering the phone and guiding the cartakers or clients to satisfactory answer ; for example a client call because he’s looking for a interim for a specific job and a interim can call to see if there is work or his hours of work in a company.
• Scan mission contracts to the optical drive
• Recruiting for job seekers

My place in company was as a substitute for administrative assistant and administrative recruitment.

The software used are : Pack Office Microsoft, ANAELTT, MyProman, Internet and PIXID.

My project

At work I must be diplomatic and patient because I am in contact face to face with and  on the phone because the interim sometimes foreign and do not speak and understand the French language.
