I. PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY

1.1. Mission

The main mission of a company is to constantly seek innovation more precisely to provide offers according to the evolving needs of customers. Regarding the case of women Magic Shoes, as we know, women's life is not easy, they often have to take care of their family and work at the same time. To make their life easier, especially for an active woman who have to deal with both work and house chore, we have given to them an innovate shoes, an interchangeable heels shoes which can allow them to do their everyday race and makes bringing another pair of shoes not necessary

1.2. Goal of the company

Magic Shoes company is a company which want to spread and share on the market some shoes that can help people in their everyday life. Actually, it offers only one product, the women’s magic shoes, but the goal of the company is to offer many products like that one on the market for men, children, elder person, etc.

1.3. Organization of the company

Our company is made up with (04) four persons:

II. DESIGN OF THE PRODUCT

2.1. General presentation of the product and Product’s look

Generally, all woman like heeled shoes, in which, she feels confident, powerful, while remaining beautiful and female. Unfortunately, bringing heel is really difficult and tiredness, it seems impossible to bring a heel during a day. Women always take off her shoes at the end of the day or in the evening. All women know this feeling of weariness when they go home barefoot, with shoes in hand. That are the primary reason why we decided to create: «Removable high heel shoes”. A model that can fold women’s mood and need regarding the case of shoes during her everyday life.

The Reason why we offer for all women a comfortable shoe adapted to all the moments of their day. One pair of shoes which heel can be removed or changed to another. The collection consists of a wide range of pumps, sandals, and some heels of different style, colors, textures, patterns and heights. The possibilities are limitless and the expression of the style will know no limit.

2.2. Purposes

Our shoes don’t just take you from one point to another, but they also change your style. Which mean that with removable high heel shoe, you don’t need to bring extra pairs, it’s just enough to choose the height of the heels which corresponds to your needs of the moment.

With a Magic Shoes you can decided to which color of the heel do you want, how would you like to personalize it, to be brief, stick it as you want.  For example, with removable heel shoes, your pumps to go to work can turn into a click in evening shoes. Your round talons become stiletto heels.

III. PRODUCTION CHAIN

3.1. Materials

Shoes can be handmade or machine made from a variety of materials such as: leather, plastics, rubber and so on. We use high quality leather in order to propose a more comfortable product and easy to maintain.

3.2. Production Chain

Our production chain is divided into three parts including the purchase of leather from the supplier, the assembly of the materials and finally the finishing (polishing)

First of all, we buy the leather from a supplier that offers good quality leather. Then the next step, to make the perfect pair of shoes, we have to combine the perfect materials by stitching them together. The assembly of the materials consists of sewing the leather by hand in order to have an improvement of our product. Moreover, the heels are made by machines (wood and rubber). The leather support with which we sewn the leather are also made by machines. Finally, the end of process is to make your shoes really shine. Finishing involves buffing, cleaning and polishing your shoes until they glisten.
