The document is a YouTube video from the ABC action news channel.

It’s a TV report about cleanliness in restaurants. The documents deals with problems of hygiene.

The journalist talks about a customer that has found strange things in her plate so that why first of all we’re going to talk about what she  found in her plat then we will see what the manager says about what happened.

So first of all we’re going to talk about Christal Walker, she is a citizen of St-Petersburg in Florida and the customer that has found a dead cockroach in her meal. She explains that she won’t be back because she is disgusted “I’m disgusted, it’s really disgusting”. She took a picture (as we can see in the video) off her plate before the manager came over to apologize. She adds that it’s very alarming that they do nothing for that and don’t know how a kitchen can be so dirty (kitchen is that dirty).

This brings us to the manager, so the journalist went to see him to have his part of the story.

After a few questions, the manager pretends to be unaware of anything and apologize.

But the journalist came up with proofs, like the picture that Christal Walker took previously and a report on the cleanliness of his kitchen. We can see on the report that there were found between 10 and12 cockroach alive or dead, rodent droppings also that the food were placed anyhow, not there they should be and above all of that, the cookers didn’t wear gloves when they were touching foods.

Even after all of that, the manager continue to deny and said that it’s been more that two years that they were running a clean establishment.

So the journalist asked to meet the CEO of the restaurant but he refuse to them and just sent a letter where he said that he was using a good cleaning company that comes 3,4 times per mouth.

So to conclude we saw that more that 48 critical violations was made in the restaurant.

The journalist finished by telling that she already that she already treated this kind of restaurant and if we have some information or something about a similar case, we can write her on her Facebook fan page.

As we can see this time of restaurant are much more prevalent than we think. And we don’t know why this restaurant didn’t close after the first inspections, are there other restaurant in the same case in St-Petersburg ? Or was the manager telling the truth ?
