As part of my research methodology matter is, our teacher decided to takes us to a small village called saba bername.

We were distributed in different groups and each group was forming a team and should work together.

“A work team is a bit like a theatre company, where we gather around someone by osmosis, perhaps because we have admiration for him, I believe essential, but above because even if we differ on some points, we have common tastes and a common will to move in certain directions” Pierre Bellemare.

At this excursion I did some experiments and be confronting a certain situation.

First, long before going to the field and take the road I was to confront this concept is working team that was one of my experiences that my brand. As Scott says, "Teamwork is the perfect opposite of good time management." or we try to prepare us has any eventuality like for example is near psychologically that is to say overlooked the person we should question? It is distributed in two different Team person suddenly make us his three team of two people just for our group.

Once arriving at our destination, we put into action the plan we developed the departure.

Consequently, I encounter difficulties on two rather important parts: the first being the language or because we should ask people to end to have a maximun of information, none of them spoke English. The only language they spoke was in Bahasa Malayu. In this case it was impossible for me to ask a question to these people because I did not speak the local language and they do not speak English. The second being culture certainly I knew that already had two very different cultures each other a knowing my culture and that of their Malaysians: they had a ways to greet them such a manner to greeting them.

is that the person would like the hand of the other and gives a kiss as a kind of reverence, that for my part I respect that, but it was like a something strange because I have my own cultural reference that of my country certainly, but when I find myself a culture, it is quite surprising to me because in reality those is very different from ours. I wanted to be accepted by their culture so I try to observe be very careful, to understand everything and not to make judgments.

We respect the locals; I noticed that most of them do not appreciate them abroad. I think it’s pretty normal given that we are the human being. They did not open the door, we had there was necessarily someone, because some noise coming from inside the house and suddenly nothing all was calm again.

While other people opened their doors but the instant we introduce ourselves, they closed again we are telling them that they would not answer them, and they were not interested.

So I asked myself questions (why are they so hard on us?

 Is what they fear?).

And fortunately we encountered good people, who gave them a little of their time to listen to us, to answer our question.

These people were very friendly, adorable, very friendly. They served us a drink, we were put in the shade the sunshine and has even some of them that we were let back into their abode (home).

Among these people, one of them my really key, because he asked me questions about me (my home if I liked their country, if I learn to speak their local language, how long I tale remains in malaysia) as they spoke English comrade reflected the me. It really touches me because they seemed to be interested in me, they offered me a local patiserie called "cake of sponge" that made from caramel and drink, I actually share with my friend. And the instant we were about to go they asked me if they could take pictures with me and I am all agree with pleasure. I could not refuse them his, followed, they were offered me a gift it was a candy bag.
