We decided to open a slow food resaurant in Paris because is a rather racent and innovative concept.

And as you will have understood rather easily opposes to fast-food.

It is integrated in a ecogastronomic movement wich encourages to reappropriate the pleasures of the table.

This concept was created in 1986 in Italy in the town of Bra by the food critic Carlo Petrini.

And an association of slow food founded in 1989 including 100 000 members in hundred countries.

What interest us in this concept is that’s a reaction to the rat race and it’s opposed to the junk-food, therefore it could change our consuming and eating habits.

Fast-food companies want us to bealive that their food is varied but is wrong !

The differences are given by aromatizing !

The public concerned is very broad, indeed, all people must be aware the need to eat healthy to be fit !

In our restaurant we choose fresh and local food !

You will can discover forgotten local flavours and enjoy your meal in good company and in a warm atmosphere.

To conclude we can say that the symbol of the slow food is the snail it represent slowness of course and wisdom !
