The development of motorized transportation affect domestic trade, it benefits the car industry but companies remote from city centers also enjoy the development of transport.

The big box stores, the sector of appliance, clothes, beauty, in fact the sector that of the consumer goods are affected by that.

The Tourism and hotels are affected too, they are in full expension and so the suppliers and distributors too.

People move more and consume more. This all branches of industry take advantage of it.

The international trade

It’s favored thanks to the development of trains or planes. The development of motorized transportation allows to increase the speed and the volume of the exported and imported goods.

Companies can provide themselves abroad. People can also order foreign products on the Internet wich will be delivered by transport aerial or railroad.

Thanks to the development of the motorized transport we assist a development of the companies of delivery and societies of import/export.

The new way of life from chinese people who are taking weekend road trip far away from big cities is a benefit to the hotel industry, the hotel occupancy is growing fast.

Foreign companies operating in China, like Mc Donald corp., sees the car economy as a positive effect, chinese people like to go get their meal in a drive-through, so this company decided to open 300 more of these.

The car use is climbing, it brought gains to the auto makers, like General Motors Co and Ford Motor Co, they concentrate their sales in China and capitalize China’s new car culture to rebound from last year bad car market in the U.S.

China is a good example with the exports of textiles up to products to appliance. To what extent is it compatible with sustainable development?

Now, we will see the link between sustainable development and transport.

It’s necessary to favor the public transportation in a service of sustainable development like bus, train, ride sharing.

These means of transportation allow to reduce the pollution but this development engender the congestion of roads, the degradation of the landscapes.

So the development of motorized transportation affect the national and international economy and with several public transportation it can have positive effects on the sustainable development.
