Steven Spielberg was born on December, 18, 1946, in Cincinnati, Ohio. When he was young he moved several times and spent part of his youth in Arizona. Looking for a distraction from life, young Spielberg picked up his father’s 8mm camera with who he filmed his first movie "the last gun", a western of four minutes. At the age of 13, Spielberg learned himself how to master camera angles, technical tricks, and visual skills.Steven Spielberg began little by little in the cinematic world with projects entrusted to him. Then, he became one of the youngest television directors for Universal. At Universal, Spielberg was noticed for his technical skills and built a reputation.

Nowadays Steven Spielberg is a film maker, producer, scriptwriter of great talent and which has lot of success. Indeed, for me, Spielberg is a hero because he is a part of directors who made the best movies in the world. He carries out his passion for telling story through his awesome films that can touch peoples’ lives. He really likes making movies with his active imagination. There are diferents king of movie :

First, “Jaw” (“Les dents de la mer”) a reference in the horror movies that propels him international star of the staging in only 29 years. His next films will win the same success, reaching for most of them the millions of spectators. In 1977

Then he starts in science fiction with “E.T”, one of my favorite Spielberg's movie. Indeed, this movie marked my youth with the friendship between the two characters and the many visual effects.

In 2005 he made the filming of "the war of the world" a frightening, captivating, and fascinating movie. Spielberg's taste for adventure also allows him to give birth to the legendary saga of “Indiana Jones”, “Jurassic Park” and “Les aventures de Tintin: le secret et la licorne”

Spielberg’s films, often revisits the topic of childhood and family, also open to the comedy with "arretes moi si tu peux". But he adress more serious subjects like the genocide with "Schindler's List", slavery with "Amistad"etc. These themes difficult prove the sensitivity of the filmmaker.

A hero never gives up; they work hard and are determined to succeed. If they do not know where to begin they will find a way. Through Steven Spielberg's accomplishments in numerous award-winning movies he reaches a personality both hard-working and determined and this despite his difficult childhood because he was bullied at school but he still stayed strong. Steven Spielberg, just like any other person, had a dream. He began at nothing and pushed his way to success. He is proof that anyone else who has a dream can achieve it.

Steven is a very determined hero. His passion in films is huge. He is nicknamed "The Entertainment King" ("roi du divertissement"), he is often cited as the best representative of the Hollywood film industry. His movies can be funny or suspenseful. Science fiction, adventure, war, comedy, tragedy, nothing can resist to this giant of cinema, he takes us on journey through his films. I think he is a very honorable person.
