1. What are your social style? (Analytical, Amiable, Driver, Expressive)

I think my social style is analytical, because we need a lot of information before making decisions, so we often ask a lot of questions. A closer look shows that we have the need to be right, and our biggest area for growth is making a point to speak our mind. When socializing with others, first of all, I will analyze the feasibility of socializing with others, and I hope to establish a harmonious relationship with others. I will analyze the words that should be used when socializing to avoid unpleasant socialization, and I like to analyze his behavior when socializing with others, find personal motivation in the behavior of others, establish an effective social network, and obtain useful information.

2. What are strengthens and weakness of your social style?

Strengthens:

The analyst is polite but reserved, logic, fact and task oriented. The focus of this person is precision and perfection. I think my strength is thinking and thorough. As an analytical social style, when I socialize, I will treat the problem thoroughly and systematically, and provide my own analysis and facts in order to make the right decision.

Weakness:

My weaknesses include withdrawal, boredom, quietness, seclusion, and even unhappiness. If I hesitate, it is because all the data needs to be evaluated. If the analysis is too strict, perfectionism may be a mistake. Because my social style is analytical, I will exclude feelings when making decisions, and I am a perfectionist, which is not conducive to team social communication.

3. Which social style you would like to work with? Why?

I will rank analytical 1. Individuals with an analytical social style are cautious, rational, thoughtful, and serious. They focus on facts, statistics, and detailed information. Such colleagues tend to ask many questions but remain reserved in their interactions. They like to follow standard operating procedures and conventional methods of doing things. They like to make decisions by excluding emotions and drawing correct decisions from analyzing the facts.

I will rank amiable 2, because they are devoted, consistent, dependable, and loyal, the Amiable is a hard worker and will persevere long after others have given up. He or she is a team player, cooperative and easy to get along with, trustful, sensitive and a good listener. Working in groups with cooperative individuals, the Amiable tries to avoid confrontation. He or she enjoys company, performs best in a stable environment, and often has a stabilizing effect on others.

I will rank expressive 3. Because the Expressive is a verbally adept personality, is engaging, accommodating, supportive of others, persuasive, socially adept, and relationship- rather than task-oriented. Additional strengths include enthusiasm, diplomatic skills, and the ability to inspire others. Weaknesses involve impatience, a tendency to generalize, verbal assaults, and sometimes irrational behavior. The Expressive can also be egotistical, manipulative, undisciplined, reactive, unorganized, and abrasive. The Expressive readily exchanges information and life experiences. His or her main need is to be appreciated and accepted. The Expressive’ s pleasure is recognition and approval. His or her pain is isolation and lack of attention.
