LONDON EYE

London Eye, so called Millennium Wheel, is the highest wheel of observation in the world. It was imagined by David Marks and Julia Barfield, who are husband and wife, an architects' team. It will have taken 7 years and 75 million pounds so that London Eye becomes reality. The design of this wheel was used as symbol of passage in a new century. Every cabin symbolizes a district. This wheel is one of the tourist attractions the most visited by London with 3,5 million visitors every year.

I chose this wheel because she reminds me wonderful memories with my family when we went to London because my brother and my father are dizzy and did not dare to approach windows what was really very funny. I love this wheel because it offers a breathtaking view, overhangs the agitation of London and offers an opportunity of an unequalled photo with its structure which rises in 135 meters over the horizon. We have observe a panorama of 360° and it was impressive. We got into it during 30 minutes at night and we could see Big Ben and the illuminated buildings and it was beautiful. Before boarding the famous wheel, we waited about two hours. It was long but we managed to wait, so when it was finally our turn, we were excited. We had the impression of being in the clouds so the wheel is high and personally in a dream. I have a wonderful memory and I'll remember all my life.
