You asked us to organize a staff away day to improve the cohesion, productivity and team spirit. Here are the activities.

There is bungee jumping at Morlaix’s viaduc with a lunch in a restaurant. This activity could be fun and exciting but it isn’t the best activity to improve team spirit because it’s a solo one.

Scuba diving could be really fun and I think that only a few of the employees have experienced it. There is also a seafood lunch after the scuba diving but I don’t think that every one likes seafood, some of the employees are afraid by the depths too. The price is about 125€ per person. We can afford this expense but it’s too expensive. How do you want to talk with a diving mask on your head ?!

There is also SPA with buffet lunch and Treatment for 155€. It could be very relaxing but it’s quite expensive.

Laser game is a good idea, it’s dynamic, fun and competitive. The fact is that it’s too competitive and someone’s competitive spirit could be bad for others’s experience. The main advantage of this activity is the price it only costs 55 € for the laser game and a pizza.

There is tree adventure too. It’s the best way to improve team spirit and a pic-nic is organized for every one, it’s cheaper than a restaurant, funnier and cheaper, the day only costs 75 €.

Finally we’ve chosen tree adventure because it’s the most adapted activity, it improve teams spirit because people have to ell each other to finish the activity. A pic-nix is also the best idea because everyone will bring food they love and discover other’s culture.
