Nanotechnology is generating a lot of attention these days and therefore , for about decade it has become established as a subject of scientific research, but the communication about nanotechnologies is complex.

The main work is a summary about the nanotechnology and his effect to make a sustainable development in all sectors. First of all nanotechnology is a science which is applied to or using system at the nanosclae, these nanotech machines would be capable for repairing and replicating themselves. Researchers are often vague when describing what these nanotechnology tools will actually do.

Certainly, science and technology cannot provide “magic bullets” and nanotechnology be a critical enabling component of sustainable development if they are used wisely and the social context is considered.

ENERGY TECHNOLOGY

A new promising area of research grows rapidly which is called nanotechnology are considered nowadays one of the most recommended choices to solve the problem related with the production and use of energy, for example: nanotechnologies makes a huge revolution in the size and design of renewable energy devices utilized for energy conversion and storage, environmental monitoring as well as green engineering of environmental friendly materials, it is shown that nonmaterial play a significant role on the human life by providing a cheap and clean energy which is now become a global industry for example:

+ Nanotechnology can improve the developed countries ability to reduce the environmental impact of burning fossil fuels to produce energy. Also makes a significant reduction in the cost of expensive components…etc

NANOTECHNOLOGY FOR WATER QUALITY

It is estimated that “more than one billion people in the world lack access to clean water, and the situation is getting much worse”. That’s why nanotechnology based sensing and detection of various contaminants in water has been topical over the last decade. Nanotechnology based tracing devices can integrate multiple functional devices that provide other important information such as sensors for detection of the presences of pathogens, spoilages, microorganisms, chemicals and others contaminants in food as well as nutritional information, but THE INABILITY to manage the cost will pose a substantial barriers. That’s why GOOD GOVERNANCE for the nanotechnologies applications in agriculture and food systems should be discussed and established on important issues including sustained financial investment.
