Ad Rank*:   Where the ad appears on the search page (google.com etc.). The position of the ad is based on its rank in the auction. The position of the ads (=AdRank) is a value that's used to determine your ad position (where ads are shown on a page relative to other ads) and whether your ads will show at all. Ad Rank is calculated using your bid amount, your auction-time ad quality. Ad Rank = CPC Bid x Quality Score, this combination gets the best position.

Quality Score**:   An estimate of the quality of your ads, keywords, and landing pages.

Landing Page:  where the user ends up by clicking on the ad. Single web page that appears in response to clicking on a search engine optimize, search result or an online advertisement. The user expects to get a quick and perfect overall information of the product that is easy to read. If the page is not relevant enough the user „bounces off”  bounce rate.

What could the Landing Page be?
