A/Describe its atmosphere:during the trip to Sleepy Hollow and give an example
The weather is heavy, it is gray. I think the trip is in the fall because the leaves are falling. There is fog .
The atmosphere is scary. This is very quiet.
B/What is strange in the town?
First of all, what seems strange to me is that at the entrance to the city, there are 2 concrete deer heads looking at each other. As if we represented death on the left with a cemetery and on the right it evokes life with sheep.
When the people of the city see Ichabod Crane, they hide and close their windows as if they are afraid.
The house is isolated on top of a hill; mysterious places, the decor is Gothic.And the pumpkin / scarecrow which is well highlighted
The deer head cut off at the door of the house is also strange.
