The story of the McDonald's chain

McDonald's is America's most famous fast food chain, often criticizing for its precarious jobs and the quality of its products. Created in California in 1937, the first macdo makes its appearance thanks to the two Brother Richard and Maurice McDonald's, a simple restaurant that sells sandwiches and burgers enriched with vegetables and sauces. It meets a success that allows them in 1948 to modernize their system of restorations to make appear to what is now called "fast food".

McDonald's international boom

Under the leadership of Ray Kroc, McDonald's, now known to everyone, opens restaurants and extends its network to more and more states. The first McDonald's in a foreign country opened in Canada in 1967. The first European country to host the Big Mac will be surprisingly the Netherlands in 1971. France will see the opening of its first McDonald's in Créteil in 1972. However , the franchise will be removed from the restaurant owner for non-compliance. It was not until 1979 that the French were able to taste the company's hamburgers again. At each new location, success is at the rendezvous. The expansion of McDonald's is such that after 60 years of existence, the company has 33,000 McDonald's fast food restaurants in approximately 117 countries.

Adaptation, cultural difference

We must not believe that every McDonald's wind the same products in each country and just pick up his money McDonald's strength lies in its respect for the culture and eating habits of each of its countries. While McDonald's sells hamburgers, the brand knows how to adapt its menus to the country's tradition. There are rice burgers in Japan, shrimp burgers. Beyond this remains the first fast food chain in the world. Each year, it is estimated that it serves approximately 64 million customers a day at all points of sale.
