The most important motive for the work at the school, at the university, in life, is the pleasure to work and to obtain, therefore, results(profits) which will be of use to the community.

Albert Einstein’s Quotation

The pleasure of working must be the priority according to Albert EINSTEIN. A kid who likes go to the school and who has the taste of the studies will get good results « which will be of use to the community ». Therefore to make appreciate the school to students we will mention the ideal school’s idea, even if this stay an utopia and that is impossible to realize them, only get close to it as much as possible.

Firstly the school’s assumption formed during the Age of Enlightenment, History’s period in which the knowledge dominited on the creativity. In this case the school was founded ont the education’s assumption and no on the creativity. So the school is made to do assimilate the mximum of knowledge by condemning the imagination and the creativity.

In my ideal school the knowledge and the imagination will be the two principles. The timetable according to these two dogmas, based on the deutch’s system. The morning would be devoted to studies (french, languages, mathematics, history, science…), because it prouved scientifically that the mornings are beneficial for the learning of the pupils. And the crativity and the imagination will be affected in the afternoon in forms of activities (dance, arts, sport...), which will allow the development of the spirit, the body and the good to be children. It would be necessary to consider the child before the pupil, to watch that he is good. It is the person whom we have to build.

In my ideal school, I wish that there is a dozen pupils in every class, with the aim of lingering over the difficulties and the problems of each. The professor could give enough time for every child without setting of delay on the program.

The respect and mutual assistance will be two primary points in the establishment. Debates and discussions on many issues such as gender, harassment or social differences. It is obvious that the professor will participate in the debates so that he will create a relationship teacher / pupil. Teachers will be trained so that students are as well supervised as possible, meet the criteria required by parents and students. Teachers will teach students autonomy and evaluate them without notes as they tend to demean and discourage those who have difficulties, to hire those who are comfortable and to widen the gap between students. They will use the skills so as to no longer stress children by numbers.

The ideal establishment is computerized, it is compatible with its time, ie with technology. Students will work on shelves and teachers on interactive whiteboards.

The school will maintain a relationship with the parents in order to inform them of what their child is doing and how it is evolving.

My ideal school would be set up for people with limited mobility, it would include people trained and with experience to assist them. In order to integrate them into others and not feel their difference, they will follow the courses with the other students and practice activities accessible to all.
