In this article jim crupi rethink the leadership through the effect of music ,first Jim Crupi consider a leader is both a singer and songwriter so music touch people and has an emotional impact leader have to touch people hearts like music does ,music with lyrics and leader with their speeches and way they tell stories ,second he insist on the synchronisation and finding that right tempo with everyone else its necessary to have the same vision in a group it’s like an orchestra and the leader is a maestro its create the strategic harmony, third ,in songs we have chorus that are repeated all the long of song but people feel it and it absorb them a leader has to do the same thing he has to have a vision statement that must be understood and absorbed ,fourth point it’s about getting the right players around you like all the audience are dedicated being in harmony for common purpose it’s the same idea in an organization leader must find the person who are dedicated it’s not about resume its about dedication and characters who could be a factor of success in tough moments ,the fifth point is letting others shine like in a concert all have their time to perform it’s not a one man show in a company it’s the same thing a leader must believe on the capacity of success of their employees ,the six point is cultivate commitment and enthusiasm employees and leaders must be united by purpose having the same commitment is very important and finally commit ourselves to a bigger cause leader must have an objective of helping other even in other countries leadership is way of helping other too for example by doing programs all over the world.
