Les auxiliaires modaux
Will, must, can, could, may, might, would, should… sont des auxiliaires modaux. Ils permettent d’exprimer différentes notions (l’obligation, la capacité, le futur …)
Construction : Sujet + Modal + base verbale (infinitif sans « to »)
He should accept our proposal. (Il devrait accepter notre proposition.)
ATTENTION! Il est impossible d’avoir deux auxiliaires modaux dans la même forme verbale. I will can
Forme négative : Sujet + auxiliaire + NOT + verbe

Forme interrogative : Auxiliaire + sujet + verbe
