To quit smoking, it is imperative to deprogram you.

The strategy behind the stuff you prepare to quit smoking can be summarized in three words:

The urge to smoke lasts less than five minutes. So each time find something to do (preferably that you like) and desires to lengthen more. This is the way you déprogrammerez.

Move! Replace the cigarette with physical activity that you like or would like to try and do sweat (brisk walking, training, rollerblading, hockey, swimming, basketball, badminton, soccer, cycling, volleyball, climbing, dance, boxing, karate, running, etc..).

Keep your hands! Keep your hands differently: with a rubber band, a paper clip or a pencil. If you have the habit of smoking on the phone, when you quit, plan to hold the receiver of the hand with which you smoke. Tinker, draw, do photography, play a musical instrument made from the computer, caress your pet, taponner stress ball, etc.
