COVER LETTER:

I am writing to apply for the position of Associate Manager in the Human Resources Department of the subsidiary of Procter & Gamble in China advertised on the website of the company on 09th November 2016. Your worldwide presence and your values, such as integrity, leadership and trust make it a perfect company to grow.

With a lot of achievement in the field of Human Resources, I believe that my experience as well as my organizational and communication skills would contribute greatly to the continued success of your company in China. Indeed, in my present position as training officer at Prudential in Birmingham, I have introduced 3 innovative training schemes at managerial level. Furthermore, I gained precious knowledge about business life and culture in China when I spent 3 months in Shanghai last year contributing to successfully setting up the first branch of my present insurance company. At this stage of my career, I am keen to offer the skills that I have acquired to take up the challenge of seconding your HR Manager to lead and motivate line management in the Chinese offices of the company. I am an outgoing person who easily adapts to a new work environment. My commitment and creativity are other qualities highlighted by my current HR Manager in a reference that is at your disposal should you require it.
