character A- Hello, how can I help you ?

character B - I have a serious problem. It looks like my luggage is lost

character A - Calm down. Can you be more accurate and tell me where you come from and the name of the company you traveled with ?

character B- Sure. I come from Portugal and I traveled with Easyjet. I've been waiting for two hours. All passengers were able to get their stuff except me.

character A- I'll check. Can you please fill this form during this time ?

character B- All right. It's completed

character A - Thanks. With the baggage search system, I see your stuff has been redirected to Poland.

character B - What ? What am I supposed to do now ?

character A- What I suggest is to give me your hotel phone number and I call you back when you can get back your luggage.

character B- Try to fix it quickly please. In that case, how can I get in touch with you if I change my plans ?

character A- Our phone number is on the form you filled. The office is open from 6 a.m to 11 p.m

character B - Ok Thanks

character A- You're welcome and apologize for the inconveniences.
