ARTS IN BORDER

Introduction

Following the tension between the U.S and Mexico, a border who separate the countries was built. A lot of Mexican wasn’t ok whit this decision, because of they personnel problem (family on the other side, life is harder in Mexico, etc..). We will see what, what are the goals of artists working at the border and if their work has an impact? To first we will talk about the type of the art and after that we will see what the goals and the impact of these works is.

Development

1. Different type of arts

The artist does some different arts across the borders. First, they paint the wall in different colors. Sometimes are just arts and are here to decorate the borders. But they are also some painting who try to send message to people and sensitize them on the injustice.

But one of the artistes build some seesaw across the borders. I think this is a really good idea, because its help children to have some fun even if the situations are bad. Its also a way to reunite people again.

1. The goals and the impact of these works

These arts have some good goals for humanity and their moral. The painted borders is a way to help children take something that has a lot of negativity and turn it into something positive, the colorfulness of the borders makes kids smiling and forgot the real reason of the presence of the borders, who is not good at all. These painting is a real activity for kids, its encouraging borders kids to express themselves through art, they must know that they are important, and these paintings help a lot on in. This activity unites children, and they got something to do.

 Sometimes the painting also helps to send a message to people by writing some message on the borders. Its help to articulate they thoughts and ideas on the borders and I thinking that this movement help them to get a better moral by finally expressing themselves

Building seesaw across the borders is a act of activism because is reuniting people around somethings. Its help people to have some fun, discussion and happiness and this also impacts positively the moral of person in a situation like that. Its also a symbol of the relations between the U.S and Mexico. Something that happen on one side would impact the other side, and that’s what happens politicly between U.S. and Mexico and this is the same with seesaw.

Conclusion

To conclude, the artist try to help people to get some happiness and forgot the actual situation about the borders, by painting, building seesaws etc … They try to reunite them despite the fact of the borders presence. And these acts impact positively the moral of people by masking off the reality. I thinks it’s a good idea, because that help a lot people who are not in a god mood because of the borders
