                     Should we fear artificial intelligence ?

Artificial intelligence aims to mimic the functioning of the human brain, or at least its logic when it comes to making decisions. It consists in implementing a certain number of techniques aimed at allowing machines to imitate a form of real intelligence. 
this artificial intelligence continues to gain momentum in our lives, in fact, large companies like apple google facebook ... use it.

we will then ask ourselves: Should we fear artificial intelligence?

At first, yes artificial intelligence can be scary, it arouses fears for many people because for them it could grow too large and thus take the place of man and even dominated the more it would take the place many works and would increase unemployment moreover it could be an invasion of our private

life if the states do not make good use of it.

However, artificial intelligence doesn’t have only negative points because at first, we will always need a man to work so it will not be able to take the total place of man.

In addition, the advantages are more numerous than the disadvantages artificial intelligence will at the same time more effectively treat cancer, better train young people, optimize our trips, increase the productivity of factories or even get simultaneous translation from all languages ​​and move forward into the future and modernity.

So certainly, artificial intelligence can be scary but it has many advantages it could improve our future lives and even save lives.


I did not know where sent you the answer to the questions asked on Pronote so I put them below:

1)For me, the most important inventions of the past 50 years are : cell phones, GPS, 3d printers, wifi and electric cars. 

2)For me progress is positive but it has negative sides. Technical progress makes it possible to improve our daily life and our living conditions for example for health (radio, surgery ...) however they can be the cause of many deaths and wars (atomic bombs, rifles ...)

3)when I hear artificial intelligence I think of the robot but also of new technologies.
