Waffles

Each plate containing the molds transports the waffles to heat on a treadmill. There are 6 waffles per plate

Then, the waffles are removed from the molds with peaks. The picks stick in the waffles to maintain them and send them to another level of production. Then the picks retreat leaving only the waffles

Waffles are then transported by treadmill. Worker verifies the proper functioning of this steps.

The waffles are piled up on the conveyor belt which brings them to another part of the production which is freezing

Then the waffles freeze at -7 degrees

Frosty air is projected onto the waffle iron to cool them.

Then, the waffles are chilled and are stabbed on treadmills, they are divided into several tidy and then pack.

One system drops them three by three and sends them on a treadmill.

the system detects when there is 3 waffle and sends them to the lower level

The waffles are therefore 3 by 3 and the path retracts to the end to form only one range

An automated machine blocks them and lets the wafer block go by 2 to go to the packing station

The packaging therefore contains 4 waffles.

Then a machine covers them with plastic packaging. Plastic packaging is automatically count.

It then goes into a metal detector, as we can see in this example every time a metal is detect the packaging is remove

Here we can see some packaging. They are picked up by suckers who pick up the packaging and who deplie it. A lever then pushes the wafers inside this box. Finally , the waffles are ready to be sold and eat
