        First, we will talk about the company Innocent which sells drinks.

        The different products they are selling are vegan smoothies, juices and veg pots. Their drinks are full of vitamins.

        Then, the funders are three friends who have 26 years old when they created the company. Their names are Richard Reed, Adam Balon and John Wright. They decided to create Innocent after a festive party so the next morning, they will recover of their hangover with a natural drink. So, the idea of creating a company of natural drinks appeared because there was only one competitor who use concentrates. They use for their drinks only fresh fruits everyday to concurrate the only company who do that.

        After, the date of creation of company is 1999 and the location is in England.

        In a second part, we will see the operating of the company Innocent.

        More, the sales are over two million per week. The main shareholder of Innocent is Coca-Cola. In 2009, Coca-Cola had 18% of stake and in 2010, they had 38% of stake. In 2013, Coca-Cola took control of Innocent with 90% of stake.

        Besides, they use advertising like on the posters on London buses and they are sponsor of Olympic Games. They advertise to have a better visibility.

        Moreover, the strengths of the company Innocent are that they are always run ethically, they are always run ethically, and they help the young entrepreneur thanks to the association Jam Jar Found. Also, the company gives 10% of their profits to charities. They will give £2 million to the NGOS. As well, Innocent is a simple brand, people-friendly, not loud and not rude.
