LE TELEPHONE AVANTAGES ET INCONVEIGNENT

Cell phones have become an extension of our selves. If I were to write my argumentative essay about the pros and cons of cell phones, I will focus on two things. These two things are communication and privacy. The most obvious pro of cell phones is communication. It is a necessity for people. Amidst a busy life, balancing career, family and social life, such a device makes it easier. The mobility of cell phones is major factor especially for people who are always on the go. It is impossible to be in two places at the same time but cell phones help people multitask. Just the idea of being available twenty four seven although you are away means a lot. I will then build up the pros in this direction.On the other hand, a major con for cell phones is the lack of privacy. Although, people can choose to either turn it off or on, owning a cell phone makes it difficult for people to truly get away. It is helpful but it can also get tiring. It could mean you are somewhere but a cell phone delineates your attention somewhere else. In a family dinner for example, you can be physically in front of the table but a ringing cell phone will bring your focus on something else. It takes away from the quality of time. The ever evolving world driven by technological advancements pushes people to regard cell phones as a major need. To some extent, it is. It should not however, take over people’s lives. It is a mere device to aid communication. The more important thing is still relationships. After all, communication is about building and maintaining quality human relationships
