According to their operation of putting the food on belt, customer can choose to eat directly without ordering but if they want to order food that is not on the belt they also can order as normal. The restaurant could be easily assessed with adequate infrastructure. They manage by centralizing ordering which can reduce the cost and make their price more competitive. The food that cooked and stays for long time has lower quality. To maintain the quality, they has a policy of taking the food out if they stay for too long, 2 hours maximum for the food on belt.
