ABRAHAM LINCOLN

I.THE LEADER'S PERSONAL LIFE.

Abraham Lincoln, was born on February 12th, 1809 in the County of Hardin, Kentucky and died April 15th 1865 in Washington. Is the sixteenth President of the United States.

His father is Thomas Lincoln and his mother is Nancy Hanks.

He was a jurist and he is marry with Mary Todd. He is of the republican party.

Abraham Lincoln Has got four childrens:

_Robbert Todd Lincoln

_Edward Baker Lincoln

_William Wallace Lincoln

_Tad Lincoln

When Lincoln died he was 56 years old

II.THE LEADER'S CAUSE

The American secession war or American civil war (generally called " the Civilian War " in the United States is a civil war arisen between 1861 and 1865 implying the United States (" the Union "), managed by Abraham Lincoln, and the confederate States of America (" the Confederacy "), managed by Jefferson Davis and gathering eleven States of the South which had made secession of the United States.

The Union includes all the abolitionist States and five slave "border" States, and is managed by Abraham Lincoln and the republican Party. Lincoln is profoundly set against the slavery and wishes his abolition in territories held by États-Unis, and his victory in the presidential election of 1860 pulls a first secession of seven States of the South, even before Lincoln sets his.

When Abraham lincoln became president in november 1860 he did everything he could to put an end to slavery and the southern states rebeled.one by one they left the union and formed the ''confederacy''.

Fighting started in april 1861. in 1862, Lincoln made the ''emancipation proclamation'' which declared that all slaves should be free . The armies of the north eventually won the war but by 1865 over half a million one in every four soldiers had been devastated

III.THE LEADER'S WORKS.

Abraham Lincoln became the 16th president of the united states in november 6th 1860 he was reelected on november 8th 1864. Abraham Lincoln win the war on april 9th 1865.

The Address of Gettysburg is the speech of two minutes - remained famous in the heart of the Americans - which pronounces president Abraham Lincoln on November 19th, 1863 to Gettysburg during the ceremony of consecration of the battlefield which made 51 000 victims among the soldiers of the union .
