INTRODUCTION

I) The objective of the training:

Learning English is important because it is the most common language in the world. Almost 60% of the world population use English regularly.

Learning English is very important because it improves one’s chance of getting a good job, helps one communicate in foreign countries, and broadens one’s social networking.

First, learning English improves the chance of getting a good job.

Companies which deal with international clients and suppliers rely on English-speaking employees to interpret for them in day-to-day operations. The requirements for the position consist of the ability to speak English. Therefore, learning English improves one’s chance of getting this position.

Secondly, people who understand English can travel more easily to foreign countries by themselves than people who do not speak English. A lot of countries are using English as their second language, and there are multiple simple English phrases spread around the world. Even if one enters countries whose main languages do not include English, one would probably hear English words such as “OK”, “Yes”, and “No.” Understanding English helps tremendously when traveling because one can communicate and understand better.

Finally, learning English broadens one’s social networking. For example, people who speak English have a better chance of being accepted into training programs or colleges in English-speaking countries. They can make friends easier if they know English. They can also make friends all around the world just by using instant messengers online. Knowing English broadens one’s social networking because they can communicate with people around the world.

In conclusion, learning English is necessary today. English is the most spoken language in the world. Knowing English improves one’s chance at getting a good job.

II) The choice:

Firstly, I have chosen the British Council because it is one of the most well-known language centers in Casablanca. It helps students to improve their language skills by debating and exchanging ideas between instructors and participants. The instructors in British Council are highly qualified.

Secondly, because the British Council Team is young and dynamic with an average age of 35, it is constantly striving for the client’s satisfaction and the achievement of its objectives. We can notice a close relationship with the teachers and the pedagogical staff, which enables them to ensure that our training is as beneficial and as enriching as possible.

III) Introduction of the rapport:

In the second year in HEM we have to do training in a language center in Morocco or to go to London, Dublin or Oxford.

HEM organizes this training to help students to develop their skills in English, so that they can write and communicate in English without any difficulties.

I preferred to spend this training in Morocco because we have a lot of good teachers who are able to give us the best.

I chose the British Council because it’s the most well-known language center in Casablanca and the best one.
