Dears Sirs,

Following or further to your letter dated du 25 October, we confirm we are interested in your model B26.

We have pleasure in enclosing you our order number 2812.

We must emphasize that the delivery date of November 15 is  an absolute date. Any late would disrupt our manufacturing plans / Schedules .

We would be grateful if you could let us know by return if you can register our order under these conditions

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Thank you for your letter of 12th November.

Please find enclosed confirmation of our electrics whisks  B26.

The delivery will be made, as you suggest, in two shipments, the first of which must reach us before 15th November and the second one by 1st  December at the latest.

We trust understand our insistence on this point as we understand yours difficulties.

WE CANNOT REGISTER YOUR ORDER

In response to your letter of 8th November, we regret to inform you that it’s impossible for us to register your order under the conditions you offer / along the lines you suggest

We cannot commit to delivering the entire order by 15th November. But maybe you would agree ti receive half of the order by 15th November, and the rest by 1st December.

Should / is case this solution appear acceptable to you, we would be prepared to extend our payment terms to 60 days after the second expedition.

We deeply regret/ we are indeed sorry that we can’t give you satisfaction, and we hope you will be pleased with above proposal.
