Part 1 – A message

Nicola Smith wants to find a chalet in France that would suit her clients' expectations, she would like to have a description of the chalet and of the region. She would also like to know what are the activities available in the village and in the immediate locality. Nicola also wants to have an idea of how much this will cost to her clients.

There will be seven young people in the group, they all want to stay in the same chalet that has to be near the coast, anywhere but on the Côte d'Azur. They like water sports, the group would also like to know is there is any sort of nightlife in the village where they will stay.

5.

The group would like to have details about the location of the chalet and what the local region is like. They would also like to have a description of the chalet and of the village's facilities, and also a rough price guide.

Part 2 – Holiday villages

The chalet has to be big enough for seven people as for the location, it has to be in a village near the coast but the group does not want to go on holiday on the Côte d'Azur, beside that it can be anywhere in France.

The most suitable holiday village for the group is the Beausite one located in the Loire Valley, because this one offers apartments suitable for seven people plus this holiday village is said to be perfect for water sports lovers. The Beausite holiday village is also near the city of Tours which is great if they want to go out at night.

Part 3 – The e-mail

Dear Nicola,

After receiving your message I've started looking for the best holiday village for your group and I think that I have found the one. The Beausite holiday village is situated in one on France's most beautiful region: the Loire Valley, the holiday village is near a lake which is perfect for your clients since they love water sports; they can go sailing, windsurfing and a lot of other fun activities to do on holiday such as playing tennis or cycling.

The chalet is self-contained, it has a spacious living room with a TV, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, two double beds and two bunk beds and there is also a private terrace.

The holiday village is not far from the city of Tours who is famous for its historic monuments but also offers a lot of things to do at night such as bars and clubs: great for young tourists !

In the village there is also a bar that turns in a club past 11pm, two restaurants, a gym and a heated pool.

The price of a night depends on when they would like to come:

    from 04/01 to 06/30  =  78€ per night

    from 07/01 to 08/31  =  142€ per night

    from 09/01 to 11/15  =  65€ per night
