Im going to present you a well known singer James Blunt.

James Blunt is a British singer - songwriter and musician he was born on a Bristish Army hospital on February 2, 1974.

He is the eldest of a family of 3 children. At 14, he became fascinated by the electric guitar and at 16 James Blunt tries cello but soon stops.

After having studied in aerospace, at the University of Bristol, James Blunt joined the British Army where he attained the rank of captain.

James Blunt participates in the mission of ONU peacekeeping in the former Yugoslavia. During his visit to Kosovo he becomes aware of his interest in music and composed "No Bravery" song that recounts his experience of war.

James Blunt left the army in 2002 and devoted himself fully to his passion. He moved to Los Angeles where he made contacts that allow him to record his first album "Back To Bedlam".

James Blunt became famous star in 2005 with this single 'You're Beautiful which remained three weeks number 1 in several countries. I love this song !

In 2006, he won the NRJ Music Awards "International Revelation of the Year." In the process, he also won the Brit Awards as "Best British singer" and "Best singer, pop singer or group."

James Blunt is the first English after Elton John to be number one in the United State.

Disillusioned by success and what he felt as a perceived loss of artistic credibility, James Blunt took a break with music so he spends a lot of his time to doing charity work and has performed in live music concerts to raise funds for the medical charity Médecins Sans Frontières.

Then he returned in 2010 with his third full length albums on Some Kind Of Trouble, a more optimistic spontaneous album influenced by 70 U.S. pop / rock, which sold well despite not having received good review
