He was born the 21th Mars of 1991 at Mâcon in Burgundy , he start his football career at the age of 6 in the '' Entente Charnay Mâcon 71'' before integrating ''UF Mâcon'' two year later , he plays there for seven years and does multiple tests in french professional clubs but is rejected because he is not very physical , but , at the age of 14 at a tournament where he plays with Montpellier , the Real Sociedad notice him and offer him a two months try before proposing a contract , He pursue his formation with the Real Sociedad and pursues his studies at Bayonne , he is promoted in the reservist team for the 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 third spanish division , approaching the 2009-2010 season he is called in the first team by Martin Lasarte because of titulars health problems and plays there the pre-season , he illustrate himself by doing 5 goals in four matches , because of that he is titulated in the first team ,

the 2nd September he plays his first official match with the Real Sociedad versus the Rayo Vallecano in Copa Del Rey and enters at the 57th minutes , beaten by 2-0 , four days later , he plays his first championship match versus Murcia , the 27th September for his first titularisation in the 2nd spanish division , he scored his first goal versus Huesca , shortly after he becomes an undisputed titular until the end of the season , it is announced in the press that several clubs are intersted by him , like Liverpool , Manchester United or Lyon , he is one of the pillar of the rising of his team in the Liga BBVA and , at the end of the season he sign his first professional contract the tie him to the Real Sociedad until 2015 , in July 2010 he is called in the below 19 yo national selection of France by Francis Smerecki for the Euro where they win versus Spain by 2-1

He plays his first match in Liga the 29th August of 2010 versus Villarreal , the 25th October he scores his first goal versus la Corogne , goal that he celebrate by sitting in a car close to the terrain , he ends the season with a record of thirty nine games ,eight goals and one assist

On 28 July 2014, Atlético Madrid reached an agreement with Real Sociedad for the transfer of Griezmann, for a fee believed to be close to his £24 million (€30 million) buy-out clause. He passed the medical examination the same day and signed a six-year contract on 29 July 2014.Griezmann made his competitive debut in the first leg of the 2014 Supercopa de España on 19 August, a 1–1 draw away to Real Madrid, replacing Saúl after 57 minutes.On 17 September, he scored his first goal for the club, in a UEFA Champions Leaguegroup match against Olympiacos, in a game which Atlético eventually lost 3–2.Griezmann netted a brace in a 4–2 win overCórdoba CF on 1 November, his first league goals for the club. On 21 December 2014, he scored his first La Liga hat-trick as Atlético won 4–1 at Athletic Bilbao, having trailed at half time.He was the La Liga Player of the Month for January 2015 despite appearing in only three of Atlético's five matches.

On 25 April 2015, Griezmann scored a brace against Elche CF in a 3–0 home win. The two goals brought Griezmann to a total of 22 goals in the league, which is the highest total recorded by a French player in a single Spanish top-division campaign.

On 22 August 2015, Griezmann scored the only goal as Atlético began the season with a home victory over promoted UD Las Palmas. He scored both of the goals on 15 September, as they won at Galatasaray in the Champions League group stage. A week later, he repeated the feat to defeat local neighbours Getafe CF and put Atlético on top of the league On 18 October, in his return to Real Sociead, Griezmann chipped goalkeeper Gerónimo Rulli in the ninth minute of a 2–0 win.
