Amy Winehouse was born on the fourteenth of September nineteen eighty-three and she died on the twenty-third of July twenty eleven in London. She was a British singer, song writer and composer . Her many musical influences ranged from jazz to blues or soul. Her particular voice tone and her style from the fifties gave her the status of musical icon of the years two thousand. Her tattoos, her hair style and eyeliner were part of her character. If « Franck » the first album released by the singer in twenty O three met success and received good reviews in the UK, it is her album « Back to Black » that made Amy Winehouse become an international star. Declared best new artist , the artist got three Grammy awards in twenty O six. Her album was declared album of the year and her song « Rehab » was song of the year too and received many awards throughout the world. The songs : « You know I’m no good » and « Back to Black » are among her greatest hits. She got married in twenty O seven until twenty O nine to Blake Fielder Civil, a junkie, and Amy was driven into the hell of drugs and never managed to quit. The medias echoed her problems of addiction to alcohol and drugs and her depression. Amy died in her appartment in London at the age of twenty seven, after a long period of abstinence.

I did my internship in the store « Venito » in Châtellerault. The shopkeeper is called Galard Laurence. The manager is mister Brossard. There is just one employee in the store. Their main competitor is Armand Thierry. During my internship I learned many things like doing the till, advising customers, dressing the windows, folding clothes. I loved the relationship that we had with customers and the general atmosphere in the shop. There was nothing that I didn’t like. I helped customers to choose their outfits for ceremonies such as weddings or for a Christmas party. I helped moving the clothes in the shop to make them more visible. As a conclusion I really loved ma training period. Mrs Galard taught me many things. For my future carreer all her advices will be very useful for me. During this internship I did a promotion that lasted two days, Friday the fourth and Saturday the fifth of December. For a purchase higher than fifty Euros you got a fifteen Euros discount on presentation of a flyer. So I handed out one hundred flyers I had printed in Bourbon Street, on Thursday’s market and on Saturday’s market. We didn’t get much return but the turnover during the two days was correct.
