Atlantis

Legend has it that the Atlantean Kingdom was

submerged in a deluge of water as its inhabitants sank into corruption and materialism.

Following this cataclysm, the mythical island was wiped off the maps of the world forever. It is said that the city, built in honor of Poseidon, was swallowed up by the waves during a flood caused by Zeus. It would be located beyond the Pillars of Hercules (at the level of the Strait of Gibraltar).

Plato recounts that the "Island was larger than Libya and Asia taken together." The Atlantean people would have colonized the shores of North Africa and Italy, would have undertaken the conquest of Egypt, Greece and the rest of the Mediterranean world. But Athens remained one of the last remaining free regions. Their disappearance and engulfment were caused by the fury of Zeus who wanted to protect the city that paid homage to him.

According to the philosopher, Atlantis is a huge city with incredible riches and flourishing cultures. The Island is populated by conquerors, intellectuals and ruled by a just democratic system. It is a rich, beautiful city, with imposing architecture as being very futuristic for the time. His extremely advanced technology made him a terrible adversary and the greatest conqueror of antiquity!

Ancelot du lac

Lancelot du Lac is a character in the Round Table series of novels and an emblematic figure of courtly love. Appeared at the end of the 12th century in the works of Chrétien de Troyes and Ulrich von Zatzikhoven, he quickly became one of the central figures of Arthurian legend, notably in the chivalrous novel known as Lancelot in prose or Lancelot. -Graal, written in the 13th century. Son of King Ban de Bénoïc, his first name is Galaad. He was kidnapped when he was still a child by the fairy Viviane, the "Lady of the Lake", who renamed him Lancelot. Having reached adulthood, he becomes one of the best Knights of the Round Table. His love for Queen Guinevere makes him unclean, thus preventing him from completing the quest for the Grail. Lancelot du Lac remains one of the most important figures of the Arthurian cycle and his adventures are adapted in literature, cinema, painting, music, comics and games.

The loch ness

The Loch Ness Monster, which the tourist boom nicknamed in the 1930s "Nessie" (sometimes spelled "Nessy") to remove the spooky side it had until then, refers to a legendary lake creature believed to live, or to have lived, in Loch Ness, a lake in the Highlands of Scotland. This fruit of the human imagination has become emblematic of cryptozoology and Robert H. Rines and the naturalist Sir Peter Scott even endowed it in 1975 with a binomial name, Nessiteras rhombopteryx, as is done for an attested animal species. It is generally described as resembling a sea serpent or a plesiosaur. Many enthusiasts have been to the waters of the loch since the early 1930s, when the monster first appeared "modern", to search for it. Photos and films are regularly presented and special effects equally regularly foiled (or the deception finally admitted by their authors). The legendary creature is at the center of many works of fiction or imaginary representations such as certain cartoons or comics.
