M had presented us different package trips for our executives. We agreed to meet again on May 2nd to discuss the matter further.
May 2nd 2013 Ms Mrs Judith Hume We want to organize a trip in Dubai for our 20 executives, with three nights in Dubai (in a four star hotel at the best value with a conference room) and a night in the desert. Return trip from and to London included. Early October would be the best period.
OBSERVATIONS : Our excecutives are between 25 to 45 years old, they are quite fit and athletic, they’re only men. We would like to know if there is a golf club within easy reach of the hotel and a swimming pool in the hotel
COMMERCIAL OBJECTION Is the insurance you are offering us inclusive enough to cover the costs of an incident in the desert?
PRICE OBJECTION The price of the stay is too expensive.
