The Entrepreneurs…
An entrepreneur looks like anyone. He must be dynamic, careful and greedy. All of us are in admiration of them. Now, everyone wants to be an entrepreneur. But an entrepreneur doesn’t born entrepreneur but it becomes with years of experience.
A well entrepreneur exists only if he knows to use his past mistakes to advance in the future. In the beginning, entrepreneur is crackpot, dreamer and unemployable and by the time, he earned the respect and the notoriety.
To become an entrepreneur we can forget the classes on entrepreneurship and the business plan! The road to entrepreneurial success isn’t written in advance.
A well entrepreneur must be the only to see the goal. And the goal must not be forgotten. The idea is quite simple; you must target your customers, their needs and sale! When you sell again and again then you can forget marketing strategy. The most important is a steady cash flow and focus on the little things.
For instance, Richard Branson, the founder of Virgin; he struggled against cash flow’s problems and despite many attempts to rescue the group, it is ruined.
Or, take Nicolas Hayek, the man who invented the Swatch. Swatch became the leader Japanese market. The brand beat all competitors by its quality and price. And today, Swatch has the same notoriety as Calvin Klein and Tissot. The brand fetches more than £20.000. Yet, these are only plastic watches!
Finally, to be a good entrepreneur, it’s necessary to be a good manager. There are two types of entrepreneurs, the first category, the brilliant children who had to succeed, the born organizers, then the second category, an outsider, a rebel who drops out of college to get a job and discovered a flair for building companies from nothing. Most of all, the entrepreneur will be a master of risk-management.
